Important Information
You Should Know
This Disclaimer provides important information about Family Charms, our products and references to third-party brands mentioned on our website.
Independent Retailer
Family Charms is an independent UK jewellery retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or officially connected with any third-party jewellery, entertainment or accessory brands mentioned on our website.
Where a brand name is referenced to explain bracelet compatibility, character inspiration or product identification, it does not imply an official commercial relationship unless we expressly state otherwise.
All third-party brand names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Bracelet Compatibility
Some of our charms are designed to fit popular European-style charm bracelets and bangles.
References to compatibility are provided to help customers understand the approximate fit and intended use of a product.
As bracelet designs and dimensions can vary between manufacturers and collections, we recommend checking the individual product information before ordering.
Product Appearance & Information
We take care to present our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, colors, shine and finishes can appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the device being used.
Measurements and product information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
Minor variations may occur between individual pieces without affecting the overall design or intended use of the product.
Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, availability and other information on our website accurate and current.
Occasionally, an error or outdated detail may appear. Where necessary, Family Charms may correct or update website information without prior notice.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
