At the moment, we offer charms only. However, we’re working on expanding our range to include bracelets and bangles soon.

Orders sent with our free standard shipping usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days. If you need your order sooner, you can choose one of our faster delivery options, including Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery, at checkout.

If you’d like to return an item, simply email us at info@familycharms.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive the refund through your original payment method, and we’ll notify you by email once it’s been completed.
