At Family Charms, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. Below you’ll find details of our shipping options within the UK and worldwide.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery – FREE
- All orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class with delivery confirmation.
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday).
- Please note: we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
Upgraded Delivery Options
- You can upgrade your delivery service at checkout for a small extra cost.
- Options include tracked and faster services.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day)
- Available for orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri).
- Guaranteed next working day delivery (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
- Additional cost applies at checkout.
Bank Holidays
Orders placed after 11:00am on the Friday before a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Missed Deliveries
- If you’re not home, Royal Mail will usually leave a card so you can collect your parcel from your local sorting office.
- Occasionally, a card may not be left — if your order hasn’t arrived as expected, please check with your local Royal Mail office first.
We use strong, protective packaging to ensure your charms arrive in perfect condition.
International Delivery
We proudly ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked service.
Europe: 3–5 working days (on average).
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Rest of World: 5–7 working days (on average).
Tracking is included for peace of mind.
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
