These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit the Family Charms website or purchase from our online store. They explain the basis on which we provide our products and services and should be read alongside the policies referenced below.

By placing an order with Family Charms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Shopping With Family Charms

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your contact, billing and delivery details.

2. Our Jewellery

We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, the appearance of colours, stones and finishes may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and your screen settings.

Measurements are provided as a guide, and minor variations may occur between individual pieces.

Product availability, designs and collections may change from time to time.

3. Placing an Order

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items in your basket. After checkout, you will normally receive an email acknowledging your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:

· An item is unavailable.

· Payment cannot be authorised.

· The price or product information contains an obvious error.

· Delivery cannot be made to the address supplied.

· We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.
